Our Investment Strategy

Tamarack Capital Partners seeks to acquire unique institutional quality luxury, full-service, limited-service and boutique hotels and resorts in major U.S. markets that can benefit from repositioning and enhanced management. We like to buy messy or broken deals and clean them up, distressed deals and stabilize them, or capital-starved, adaptive reuse properties and bring them to life. We are brand and management agnostic. Tamarack has owned hotels branded by Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG, and Accor, while also owning boutique properties. Tamarack affiliates currently manage several boutique hotels and have historically managed full-service and select-service properties.
